DELIVERY
How can I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, we’ll send you an email with a tracking number and a link to the tracking page where you can check its status.
Will I need to pay import fees?
For shipments within the EU, we handle all import fees and charges, as we ship DDP (Delivery Duties Paid).
What happens if my order is unclaimed or refused?
We are not liable for packages that are returned due to refusal, lack of claim, undeliverability, incorrect or insufficient address details, or refusal to pay import fees.
Requests for refunds on unclaimed items are subject to a 30% restocking fee. Alternatively, you may request for the package to be reshipped for the initial shipping fee.
Why is my order delayed?
A delay may occur for various reasons:
    •    The billing and shipping addresses are different.
    •    The order is awaiting credit approval or verification.
    •    The order is being shipped to a remote location.
    •    Carrier backlogs.

What if my order shows as delivered, but I haven’t received it?
We cover cases involving courier errors, such as lost or damaged in transit, postage issues, or misrouted packages where tracking details are unclear. However, if the tracking information confirms delivery, we cannot cover reshipping costs. In many cases, the package has been delivered but left in an unexpected spot at the address. We recommend reaching out to the courier or local post office to inquire about any extra delivery details, such as “left under the table on the back porch.”

RETURNS
Can I return a product?
We gladly accept returns on items sent back within 14 days of receiving your order. You can choose a full refund or exchange for another size or item.
Please note that FINAL SALE items are not eligible for return.
Items purchased during special sale events (such as Summer Sale, Black Friday, Winter Sale, etc.) are eligible for store credit only.

How do I return an order?

Are there any costs associated with returns?
If you received a faulty or incorrectly sized item, we cover all return or exchange costs. To qualify, notify our customer care team within 24 hours of receiving the item. For all other return reasons, the customer is responsible for return shipping.
How will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed back to the original payment method or as store credit. Returns are usually handled within 5-10 business days after we receive the item. Sale items are refunded through store credit only.

SHIPPING
Can I change an item or cancel my order after it’s been placed?
Yes, you can request an order cancellation by emailing us at madelynnesofficial@gmail.com within a few hours after placing your order. We aim to dispatch orders quickly, so if your order has already shipped, modifications or cancellations may not be possible.
What is the processing time for orders?
Orders typically ship within 2-4 business days. Orders made after Friday’s cut-off and over the weekend start processing on Monday. You’ll receive an email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
In some cases, shipping may take longer than 4 business days due to warehouse safety protocols, stock availability, incomplete order information, billing delays, or verification processes. For more on processing times, check our delivery policy.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we currently ship to the US, Europe, Canada, Australia, and the Middle East. Shipping fees will be calculated at checkout. For more information, please see our Shipping Page.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery times vary by region and take about 7-15 days, depending on the chosen shipping method. Please note that during peak seasons, like Black Friday or Christmas, processing times may be slightly extended. We appreciate your patience—it’ll be worth the wait!
